Orders placed by 1.00pm are dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday. UK orders over £75 are shipped Priority for free. If your order is over £75 and you require Next Day this will be charged as below.

1) UK prices for Powerballs, TourGrip, XtremeGrip and Accessories  

a: Standard is charged at a flat rate of £1.99 regardless of the number of items ordered. Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. If your order has not arrived within 4 days please contact us.

b: Priority is charged at a flat rate of £2.99 regardless of the number of items ordered. Orders are usually delivered within 1-3 working days. If your order has not arrived after 3 days please contact us.

c: Next Day is charged at a flat rate of £5.99 regardless of the number of items ordered and provides next working day delivery for orders placed by 1.00pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed by 1.00pm on Fridays are guaranteed for Monday delivery.

2) UK prices for Dynamax Core Trainer   

Orders placed by 1.00pm are dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday.

a: Standard is charged at a flat rate of £7.99 regardless of the number of items ordered. Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. If your order has not arrived within 4 days please contact us.

b: Priority is charged at a flat rate of £8.99 regardless of the number of items ordered. Orders are usually delivered within 1-3 working days. If your order has not arrived after 3 days please contact us.

c: Next Day is charged at a flat rate of £21.99. This cost stays the same regardless of the number of items ordered and provides next working day delivery for orders placed by 1.00pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed by 1.00pm on Fridays are guaranteed for Monday delivery.

3) European prices for Powerballs, TourGrip, XtremeGrip and Accessories  

a: Standard Air-Mail is charged at a flat rate of £5.99 to all Non-UK European countries, regardless of the number of items ordered. Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. If your order has not arrived within 5 days please contact us.

4) Returns Procedure: www.bodytension.co.uk makes every effort to ensure that orders arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of an order not being delivered within 14 working days from the dispatch date (Saturdays, Sundays & United Kingdom Public Holidays not included). Customers should advise www.bodytension.co.uk by e-mailing, enquiries@bodytension.co.uk. www.bodytension.co.uk will make every effort to locate the order, and if necessary, send a replacement at our expense or provide a full refund, subject to the correct delivery address having been supplied to us with the order.

If an order arrives damaged in any way, customers should contact www.bodytension.co.uk by e-mail within 7 days of receipt of your order. In this case www.bodytension.co.uk will, depending upon our customers' preference, arrange for the damaged product to be picked up and returned to our warehouse. www.bodytension.co.uk will either send a replacement product upon confirmation that the damaged product has been returned or make a refund. Customers without email facility can contact us on 0844 736 5851.

Returning un-wanted products:

It is the customer's own responsibility to ensure that the products are kept safe and retain there new, un-used quality. If goods are returned that are either not faulty or wrongly dispatched but simply returned as not required, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange safe return at the customer's own expense. Returned products must reach us undamaged within seven days. Products will only be refunded if they retain their full re-sale quality. This includes original undamaged packaging c/w DVD, poster and box. If free postage was given for your order, the cost of this postage will be deducted from your refund total.

Make sure to add a cover note to let us know that they are from you! Return goods and product packaging are checked for re-sale quality and any damage. Refunds are only made after we have received and tested the products for re-sale quality. We recommend that you use a recorded/value insured delivery method to return products.

Goods returned after the 7 day consumer cooling-off period or those that are not faulty, can only be done so with the prior agreement of Body Tension Limited who reserve the right, in all cases, to make a re-stocking charge of 30% + VAT of the sale value. This in no way affects your statutory rights.
